Northern “SBAT Sample Sessions” (SSS) is a hands-on event, with interactive activities in selected industries. Each session gives students the chance to experience what it would be like to work in the offered careers. SSS is designed to raise awareness among young people in an enjoyable and engaging forum that assists in choosing their future education, training and employment path options.
Students attend four sessions based on their preferences, allowing for exploration of careers that hold a specific interest for them. The interactive sessions are delivered by industry, training organisations and employers.
Staff from Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) and Disability Employment Services (DES) Providers will also be on hand to assist students and staff with any queries.
The BNLLEN is actively involved with the following networks;
